The problem of creating the history of world philosophy in the light of the evolution of science and multiculturalism (Reflections on the concept and structure) Given the level of the audience, the limited speaking time and their publication on the topic under discussion in the press and on the Internet, as proposed to discuss the problem represented by a series of abstracts. Negative attitude in politics of multiculturalism, to the culture of the peoples of the East, and in particular, the culture of the peoples of the region's Islamic culture, essentially due to the lack of education and scientific information on the culture of the Orient as an integral part of world culture, nullifying the efforts to build consensus between the West and East and tolerance in modern society. This purpose, the formation of tolerance in the public consciousness through education can serve effectively objective scientific study and promotion through global education and media opportunities representing the global system history of spiritual culture of mankind, its various aspects, especially its stem - philosophy and its history.
The history of world philosophy, created by analogy with the general history, the history of world literature, art, etc., would indicate the presence of philosophy as the Doctrine of Being, "the fundamental principles of" the laws and regularities in the history of global spiritual culture. We offer historians of spiritual culture and, in particular, historians of philosophy seek to set out the problem, but a political and legal structures in the name of the proclaimed ideals, promote the implementation of the proposed project to create a world history of philosophy as a single equitable system of Eastern and Western philosophy, which will create opportunity for comparative analysis of philosophies of society, identifying the general and special about them, create the possibility of adequate lighting and the use of common assessment and to humanize and social tolerance.
Like to inform the participants of the Forum, which is already more than 50 years of history of philosophy Azerbaijani researchers working on issues of theory, methodology and concepts in the history of ethno-national - Azerbaijani -filosofii philosophy and Islamic culture in the region.
In the year 2009 the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan together with the Science Foundation of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan was held a scientific-theoretical conference devoted to discussing the philosophy of unity as a methodology for interdisciplinary research.
As the object of discussion in creating the history of world philosophy as a methodology, we offer the philosophical concept of unity in conjunction with the principles of dialectics, Comparative and "fuzzy logic" Zadeh.
We have repeatedly offered and continue to offer, on the basis of experience and history of Eastern philosophy with respect to unify the content of the basic categorical apparatus of future research in the field of the history of philosophy.
The results of studies of the Azerbaijani historians of philosophy are reflected in collective volumes: Essays on the History of Philosophy of Azerbaijan (Baku 1966) in the first and second volumes (from antiquity to XVIII century inclusive) Philosophy of History of Azerbaijan (in Azeri and Russian languages (Baku 2002, 2006, 2014 years), numerous monographs and articles, international scientific and theoretical forums and enjoying considerable attention of the world scientific community Internet sites (www. orientalphilosophy.org www.philosophyforum.az). For solutions in the future proposed and, hopefully, capable of humanizing the public consciousness of the problem - the creation of world history of philosophy, it is necessary to have a special structure or structures of the researchers interregional philosophical cultures.
At the same time, based on the experience of history and the current state of research raznoregionalnyh philosophical cultures and modern science, perhaps it would be advisable to think about creating a new multi-language philosophical terminological dictionaries, and a little later - philosophic encyclopaedia.
