**PHILOSOPHICAL CONCEPTION OF ALL-UNITY IN PHYSICS AND L. ZADEH LEGACY****Maksud ALIYEVAcademician of ANAS: **

At the present time science, especially physics has so powerfully advanced in different directions that it generates a need for meditation and discussion of choice of the conception, in particular the philosophical conception of all-unity.

The advancement of physics, especially in the past centuries, discoveries of novel phenomena and their theoretical comprehension find the special actuality to ponder over this field.

The following discoveries in the 19th-20th centuries can be related to most important ones: discovery of electromagnetic induction by Faraday (1831), development of the electromagnetic field theory by Maxwell (1861), discovery of the electron by Thomson (1897), discovery of radio-activity by Becquerel (1896) and Curie (1898), formulation of principles of thermodynamics, and also statistical physics by Helmholtz, Joule, Thomson, Carnot, Clausius, Nernst et al. (1847), concept of entropy (Clausius, 1865).

The new stage of the advancement of physics was connected with development of the quantum theory (Planck, de Broglie, Schrödinger et al.), discoveries of de Broglie waves and the uncertainty principle by Heisenberg (1927), development of relativistic theory by Einstein (1905), Bohr`s postulates about the structure of an atom (1913), discovery of the atomic nucleus by Rutherford (1911), discovery of X-rays by Roentgen (1895), discovery of the transistor effect, progress of semiconductor electronics, micro-, optoelectronics, discovery of lasers, nuclear energetic, synergetic, chaos, nanophysics, nanotechnology, etc.

These discoveries, which are of both the fundamental scientific and the practical significance, necessitate a new comprehension of acceptability of the mentioned above conception.

In our view, in the light of these questions it should be also considered importance of discoveries of our compatriot, great scientist Lutfi Zadeh.

L.Zadeh is the founder of a number of large directions in applied mathematics, informatics, systems theory, automatic control, economics, linguistics, logic, theory of possibilities and approximate reasoning’s, soft computing, computing with words and so on. He is an originator of fuzzy set and fuzzy logic theories. They form bases of fuzzy mathematics, fuzzy physics, fuzzy chemistry, etc.

It is well known that all existing scientific directions are oriented towards concepts of the two-valued Aristotelian logic. In this case the measure of probability is assumed. However logic of L.Zadeh, apart from the measure of probability introduces the following measures: the measure of possibilities, the measure of necessity, the measure of membership, the fuzzy measure of uncertainty.

L.Zadeh has much contributed to problems of fuzzy logic and theory of possibilities and their application in intelligent systems.

L.Zadehs theories indicate that real human reasoning’s, resting upon the natural language, cannot be represented in the frameworks of the available mathematical formalism. Because of this fuzzy set, i.e. classes with inexactly defined boundaries, described by membership functions, make possible to analyze reasoning’s and modeling of humanistic systems, described rather by linguistics than by numerical variables.

L.Zadehs concepts have attracted the attention of numerous researchers studying fundamental law of physics.

At present use of fuzzy logic, fuzzy set theory and possibility theory allow one to interpret many physical principles and law, in particular the Heisenberg uncertainty principle.

Theories and discoveries of L.Zadeh orientate one towards choosing the conception of all-unity as the most acceptable conception for the further advancement of science. Here it might be especially pointed out theories of fuzzy sets and fuzzy logic that direct one to the search of the all-unity conception.
